Rose Sweet

Rose was born May 7, 1952 in Fairbury, NE. to Ronald and Frances 'Thorson' Helget. The family lived in several different communities until coming to Fremont in 1965. Since moving to Fremont, Rose worked in several different businesses and most recently worked as a bartender at the Sale Barn, Cooper Creek Coffee, and Bomgaars Supply.
Rose was a member of the Fremont Horse Arena Improvement Association, American Quarter Horse Association, American Paint Horses Association. She loved all animals but especially horses and her puppies Samantha and Cheyenne. She loved to take trips to Colorado and really enjoyed Estes Park. She was already packed long before her traveling companions knew they were going.

Brother - Dick Helget (and special Friend Theresa Vance) of Fremont
1 - Grandson
Special Friend - Don Forsberg of Fremont
nieces and nephews
Rose was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers (Ed and Steve Helget) and a sister Verna Braddock.
The memorial service will be 10:30am Saturday at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel. There is no visitation. Memorials are suggest to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.)
