Clinton was born on March 11, 1926 in Oakland, Nebraska to Ernest and Anna (Andersen) Moseman. He grew up in Oakland and graduated from high school there. Then he farmed for a year with his father.

He served in the United States Army during the WW II years of 1945 & 1946 as a paratrooper. Some of his service time was served in Japan. Following his military service, he returned to farm with his father for a year near Wausa, Nebraska. Then he operated a service station there for 2 years before farming briefly, after which he moved to Fremont. He retired in 1982 from Hormel's after 30 years there.

Clinton was a member of First Lutheran Church and VFW Post 854.

On September 1949, Clinton was married to Mary Dooley in Wausa.

The funeral service will be 10:30 AM Wednesday (Jan. 5th) in the First Lutheran Church (3200 E. Military), with the Rev. Charlie Axness officiating. The committal will follow in Memorial Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to First Lutheran Church.

Visitation will be on Tuesday at the Ludvigsen Mortuary, Fremont, from 2 to 8 PM, with the family receiving friends from 5 to 7 PM.
