Remembering Peg fondly as a babysitter, neighbor, and one of the "big girls" at school that was always nice to the underclassmen. Even though I haven't seen much of the Carlson family for years, you all hold special places in my memories. Sharing your sadness as I can't imagine losing a sister, mother, or spouse. She's gone too soon, but left lots of laughter, smiles and memories. Thinking of all of you.
  2. Dan and Arlene Softley
So sorry for the loss of your wife, mother and sister. We met Peg a few times while visiting cousin Jim and Kathy in Fremont. She was a nice, fun person. She will be missed by all who knew her. Will be keeping you in my prayers.

We are so sorry to hear of Peg's passing. She was such a great person to be around. Golfing with her was fun. She made you feel like you were good no matter how pathetic your day was going. I never knew a time when she didn't stop to visit focusing on others rather than herself. She was so proud of the boys and their accomplishments yet she never boasted. Many hugs and prayers to the family. Her loss is difficult for all of us.

Our prayers to your family... Peg was hands-down my favorite babysitter while growing up near her and her family. Always fun and always had a smile for me and my sisters.
