Leawood, KS Monday, January 8, 2018 I was so sad to hear of Uncle Marvin's passing. He was a terrific guy - lots of fun and always such a tease. He never failed to make me laugh! It warms my heart to recall his long, meaningful relationship with my parents as well as they truly treasured him both as a brother-in-law and friend, and cherished the many experiences they shared over the years. And I'll never forget how he reached out to my mom following her stroke with an occasional phone call to both catch up and swap memories. Those conversations were so precious to her, and never failed to brighten her day! Special hugs to my cousins Ron and Verlyn. You and your families have my deepest sympathy.Kristi and Bob Burklund
