  1. David Kozisek
    Dear LaNette

My sincere condolences to you on the passing of Jim. You and Jim were always there to care for my mother. Better next door neighbors could not be found.

May God bless you at this time.
  2. Ray & Myrna Meister
Skilled. Talented. Knowledgeable. Honest, Trustworthy. Dedicated. Helpful. Hard Worker. Cheerful. Generous. Kindhearted. Christian. Technological Wizard. And above all A GOOD MAN and a LIFELONG FRIEND. These qualities I have come to know in the fifty plus years I have known Jim since J.R. Electronics opened and I became the Media Director at Fremont Senior High. There was not a piece of Audio-Visual Equipment that Jim could not repair. And then he met the challenge of the world of computer technology. His knowledge of both hardware and software was incredible. AND, for us old folks, HE MADE HOUSE CALLS. His phone # is attached to our PC's monitor, and is the first one called when Myrna has a problem. LaNette, the world has been a better place with your Jim in it. Please know that we extend our sympathy and share in your loss. Jim will be missed, but he will not be forgotten.
  3. Jo Heinz ( Schwanke )
Jim was without a doubt the GO TO GUY for my mother and father's ( Mel and Joey Schwanke ) IT / TECH needs.
He was so supportive of their computer requirements and my mom would have been lost without him. His kind nature, his helpful attitude made their continued connectivity possible.
Everyone knew how helpful Jim could be. I know he will be missed by so many.
Sending warm condolences from Dallas. May he rest in peace.
  4. WANDA E KRUGER
LaNette: So sorry to read of your loss. Jim was a great guy, both to knew and have a broken project repaired. He was very talented and people-oriented. Prayers.
  5. Jamie Getzschman
Jim did years of work for the Getzschman family. Over the Covid pandemic, Jim took on a small project for me of rebuilding a turn table. I'm positive that he was the only guy that could have returned to me the final product that I received. It is awesome! He had old connections that were able to supply him with "New/Old" stock and give me the newest 40 year old turn table that I could have imagined.. I really enjoyed the time he spent explaining everything to me from the new components of my "new" toy to all of the projects he worked on for my grandparents. He was a great guy and he was full on knowledge. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. My Thoughts and Prayers for LaNette and the Family.

    Sincerly,
    Jamie Getzschman
