Betty J. Detmer, age 88, of Fremont
Died Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Dunklau Gardens in Fremont

Betty was born March 4, 1934 in Beverly, Kansas to Willard and Bernice 'Taylor' Powell. Betty and Al were married on June 8, 1952 and moved to Fremont from Beverly, KS. in 1954. Betty worked for Smithorpe Studios, Vern's Floral and for the FOE Eagles in Fremont with her husband. Betty and Al enjoyed working and traveling with the Eagles and retired after 15 of service.

Betty was a member of First Lutheran Church in Fremont and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie#200 Auxiliary also in Fremont.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and sister Lois Kessler of Lee's Summit, MO.
