I first met Rex when he was with a three piece band in a bar called "the Alibi" I asked if I could come up on stage and sing a couple of songs. He said yes.So I did my songs. And the next weekend Rex and his band were there again. So I sang my songs again. But,at the end of the night Rex came up to me,and asked if I would like to join his band.Well that started us on a roll.We ended in playing in a number of bands together.Ambush,Cedar Vally Junction,The Syco's,Phaze two,and Mesa.We seemed to play very well together.I always looked upon those as the best of times.I'll always remember Rex.I know that anyone who heard Rex sing, and play, will remember Rex too.

If after all this is done, you need to get away, come down and spend some time with Mikie and me. I will see you today. Love, Linda

We will all miss you terribly, Rex. My sincere condolences to the family, just remember that God brings you to it and he will see you through it. My fondest memory is that when Bob and I got married i did not have a maid of honor to stand up with me and Rex proudly said he would be my "matron" of honor!! He stood by my side that day and was as happy as could be to fill that role!! I feel he will always be watching over us and playing the best music he can to fill our lives. God has blessed us all just by letting us know Rex, and i know he will be missed by all he touched in one way or another.
