Lyle was a great man and will be remembered for his patience and kidding with his family. I know he will be missed by many. I am so glad to have met my friend Terri's father. He was always so willing to do anything to help. That is what I'll remember the very most, many times he was a great deliveryman for Terri and myself. Thanks Terri for sharing this special person with me and my family. They don't make them like him much anymore! Our sympathies to your Mother Jan and all of your family now. Connie & Larry Hladik

Dear Jan, Terry, Dan, and all of your families, and Rosie and your family, I am so sorry for your loss. Lyle was a giant of a man, in many ways. His passing is a great loss for our entire family. But, as Terry mentioned in her email, we have so many wonderful, fun memories of Lyle. I will never forget his great laugh and his ability to to bring smiles to everyone around him. God brought home a lot of good people from our family in the past 7 months. Your family, especially, has been hit hard and fast. My heart goes out to all of you and know that you have been, and will continue to be in my prayers. I do find a little peace knowing that Lyle is no longer suffering, but I know he has left behind a strong family with broken hearts. My sincere condolences to all of you. May God give you strength and courage. Love to all.................Barb

I'm so sorry to hear of Uncle Lyle's passing; I can not imagine your sorrow. I will always remember him smiling and spreading good cheer. Such a great laugh! The folks always enjoyed visiting with him as well; he was so comfortable to talk with. When I was a little girl, I remember the wreck before your wedding day. Interesting how those memories come back at times like these. I always admired the love that radiated from your family for one another. Your're in our thoughts and prayers. Love you.

Dear Jan & Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Lyle and I worked together at Coors and he had been my Salesman for many years. All I can say about him was that he was truely an amazing person, willing to go the extra mile to make someone happy. If you were having a bad day, all you had to do was give Lyle a call or just see the smile that was always on his face. You could tell that Lyle loved life and doing what he did for the beer company. I will forever remember him and his bubbly personality. My thoughts and prayers are with Jan and his entire family. He's in GOD's hands now, so we know he's safe. Once again, I'm truely sorry for your loss.

Lyle was just 1 year younger then me and the brother I never had. When we were kids growing up in KS, he and CH used to come spend a week or two at our place every summer, as we lived on a farm and they were "city kids" from the "big" city of Horton. Those are such happy memories for me. I loved having them there. And I'm so thankful Jack & I stopped and visited with them for a day or two last May, on our way from WA to KS. I know Lyle was having bad back pain at that time, too. We really didn't talk that often, but I'm so glad I called them the day after Christmas this year and had a real nice convsersation with both Lyle & Jan. He was sure a good man and loved by many. Thank God his suffering has finally ended.

Lyle was like a father to me growing up on Monroe Street. He stayed out of Terri and my little disagreements but was always there for us. He was someone you could talk to at any time. He loved Jan, his children and grandchildren with all of his heart and he will be missed by me and many. Going back will not be the same but visiting my other family will always happen. My love is with all of you during this time and I hope to see you soon. With Regrets, Beth Bell (Hein)
