John and Lydia golfed at our course, Valley View, in Fremont. At the time they must have been in their mid 70's. They golfed every Friday without fail and walked. We younger couples were so impressed with them, we elected John president! They were so inspiring and positive they enlightened our lives. I'm sure all of you have wonderful and positive memories of them as well!
