Hooper, NE Wednesday, October 23, 2013 Our hearts are heavy with the news of Lucy's passing. She was such a huge part of our lives and our family! From the time that Toni was six weeks old, she cared for our girls as her own and was like Toni's second mom.We love you, Lucy! You will be forever cherished in our hearts.
Our sympathy and prayers go out to all of you kids and your families. There are not words to say how much we wish we could take the hurt away. Be assured that Lucy is at peace, without pain, and finally reunited with Batman and Bonita.

, TX Monday, October 21, 2013 I read with sadness of the loss of Lucy. Please know you have my deepest condolences. I know that this is a painful time for you, but remember, nothing can take away the cherished memories that you have shared, not even death. May you find comfort in your treasured memories and the love of your Heavenly Father. He is a comforter of all those who mourn. In His Word the Bible, He tells us to throw all our anxiety upon Him, because He cares for us. (1Peter 5:7) He also wants us to know that his provision for life again is the resurrection. (Acts 24:15) So please, rely on our Heavenly Father and trust that by means of the resurrection you and your loved one may be reunited to enjoy life in paradise. (John 11:11; John 6:40; Revelation 21:3, 4; Matthew 5:5) Heartfelt prayers are with the family.Bill & B.J. Cook
