Randy was born September 17, 1953 in Clovis, New Mexico to Marlyn and Ardene (Spath) Grieser. When Marlyn's military service was over the family moved back to Scribner. Randy grew up in Scribner and graduated from Scribner High School in 1972. After high school he farmed, worked at IBP, Boyle Electric and Poppe Construction. Randy then purchased 'The Bar' in Winslow and owned and operated 'The Bar' for 13 years. For the last several years Randy worked as a handy man around Scribner.

Randy enjoyed hunting, fishing, mushroom hunting and his grandkids. He was also part of the Barnyard Marauders band.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents, sister Suzanne Burkink and granddaughter Tesia Bose.

The memorial service will be 4:30pm Saturday June 14 at United Lutheran Church in Scribner. The Rev. Dr. Nicki McIntyre will officiate. A memorial fund will be determined at a later date. There is no visitation. The Barnyard Marauders Band and Harold Waterbury are Honorary Pallbearers for Randy's service.
