I had the pleasure of working with Carol for many years at Convergys. I think Ed said it best when he described her as "gentle wisdom"! She was sharp as a tack when it came to work, and was always thinking of ways to make things better. Although I never met Carol in person, I felt like she was a life long friend. She was full of kindness and laughter, which was infectious. I loved to hear her talk about her children and grandchildren. Please know that you all were her greatest Joy!! My prayers are with you.
  3. Laura
To Carol's family: Know that she loved each and everyone of you with all of her heart. Carol and Linda would come back from their weekend adventures (usually seeing Carol's children/grandchildren) and Carol would just glow as she told stories from her time spent with each of you. Her smile, laugh, wisdom and that grin with a wink .... will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very sad time.

Mama Carol has been a great co-worker, friend, adviser, and a mother. Even if we are physically separated by miles, she had made a significant impact in my life that I will never forget. I am grateful for all the time she spent on patiently teaching and explaining everything under the sun, for sharing the right discipline and attitude towards work, and for always understanding my shortcomings. I wished I had kept in touch more with you, Mama Carol. You will always be treasured in my heart.

Carol you have moved on to meet your maker and to be reunited with the love of your life, Terry. We know you have traveled a long road in regard to your health. Your love for your children and grandchildren were what kept you going for so long. I will always remember your beautiful smile and the fun times we had when we were younger. Jim and Carmie, I'm sure, would remember some of those times. You have found your peace and comfort now and I pray for peace and serenity for your family during the next days, weeks, months and years to come. For all of you who loved Carol....and many did, remember the fun she had, the people she helped and the memories she has left us with. Rest in Peace Carol !
