Lawrence died on June 6, 1992.
Gladys was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Hooper.

Son - Leon and wife Betty Spreen of Hooper
7 grand children - Mark and wife Jean Schafersman, Pattie and husband Rich Baker, Ernie and wife Sheila Schafersman, Tammi and husband Derek Kruszcysk, Kermit and wife Jennifer Schafersman, Brian and wife Geryl Schafersman, Sheldon and wife Sara Schafersman.

several nieces and nephews.
Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister Violet Detjen.
The funeral will be on Friday September 17 at 10:30 A.M. in St. John's Lutheran Church in Hooper. The Rev. Bruce Schut will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hooper Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family. Visitation will at Ludvigsen's Hooper Funeral Chapel on Thursday September 16 from 3pm to 8pm with the family receiving friends from 5pm to 7pm. Visitation will continue one hour before the service at church on Friday.

estacada, or Thursday, September 16, 2010 i am so sorry of the passing of gladys i will always remember her bubbly smile at work and she always would come out and help when we got busy at the chuck wagon .Very hard worker like the rest we stayed in contact for years until she got to the point she couldnt right i could remember about her cats she wrote about and i also remember lawerence when he would come and pick her up after he got off work at campbells soup he worked with my mom and uncle for years there. I will miss her in my own special way and she will always be in my heart i will keep you all in my prayers for the funeral wished i could be there for my dear friend if you can would u please send me a couple funerald deals for me for keep sakes thank you again im so sorry leon betty and family i sent a card out hope u got it so it will have my address on itJoan Bushkofsky
