Arvada, CO Friday, April 26, 2013 Thank you, Rita, for letting me know about Jean. My heart is sad, and yet I know she is smiling in heaven. She and I taught together in Colorado and kept in touch most Christmases. She was so happy when son Bart and Crystal were married, and I know their marriage made her passing easier because she knew they had each other to lean on. I always admired her faith and sense of humor and looked forward to her holiday letter which always told a meaningful story. I can still hear her laughing as I write this. Watch over us, Jean. You are our angel now.Deb Carper

, NE Wednesday, April 3, 2013 Dear Bart and Crystal,I just want to thank you for a beautiful funeral service
service for your mom. I have never attended anything
like it and will never forget it. Her Pastor was a blessing.
Her remembrance cards are so special. Just 2 weeks
ago when I was at her house we talked about the doves.
Now every one I see will remind me of her. May God
bless you both.

, TX Tuesday, April 2, 2013 To the Howard and Dillon family,My deepest condolences over the loss of Alice. Be comforted by Jesus promise: “Just as the Father raises the dead up and makes them alive, so the Son also makes those alive whom he wants to. Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his [Jesus’] voice and come out.” (John 5:21, 28, 29) Yes, Jesus Christ promised that our deceased loved ones will live again. (John 3:16; 17:3; Psalm 37:29 and Matthew 5:5.) May this promise and your cherished memories of Alice comfort you and bring you peace. Loving thoughts are with the family.

Elkhorn, NE Monday, April 1, 2013 We met Jean when she started tutoring my daughter Michelle in 1996, helping with reading and spelling skills. Jean was the best teacher and helped Michelle so much. Our family has kept in touch over the years and Jean was able to share in Michelle's graduations and wedding. Jean was a wonderful and caring woman and will be missed by all whose lives she touched!! Our sympathy goes out to your family at this sad time.
