Joe was born April 27, 1921 to Joe and Emma (Faltys) Nadrchal on the family farm north of Rogers, Nebraska. He attended rural school district No. 49.

On January 18, 1947, Joe was married to Avis Shriver in the Bethlehem Chapel northwest of Rogers. They made their home on Joe's home farm place near Rogers and lived there until moving into Fremont in September of 1983.

Joe is survived by a sister, Olga Uherka of Wagner, South Dakota, and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife Avis in November of 2002, and by a brother Laddie who lived in Minnesota, and by a sister Esther Remm who lived in Clarkson.

The funeral service will be 10:30 Wednesday (May 8th) at the Fremont Church of the Nazarene (Military and Johnson Rd) with the Rev. Tom Shaw. The committal will follow in Memorial Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Fremont Church of the Nazarene and to the Back to the Bible radio broadcast.

Visitation at the Ludvigsen Mortuary, Fremont, will be on Tuesday from 2 to 8 PM.
